Returns:
You have 5 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Before requesting a return, please review the following conditions:
- Each order undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets your specifications and the correct size.
- A return will be accepted only in the case of:
- Incorrect size (different from what was ordered)
- Quality or damage issues upon delivery
- Incorrect size (different from what was ordered)
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, our team will conduct a detailed inspection and notify you regarding the status of your return.
If your return is approved:
- A replacement piece will be prepared and shipped to you.
- Refunds are processed only in cases where a replacement is not possible.
We will keep you updated throughout the process to ensure transparency and a smooth experience.
Cancellations:
We understand that circumstances may change.
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- A 5% non-refundable processing fee will apply to all cancellations made within this period.
- Since we outsource all fabrics and begin production shortly after an order is confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations after 24 hours.
If we have to cancel your order due to the unavailability of fabric or design, no processing fee will apply.
You may choose to:
- Receive a 100% refund, or
- Select another design of your choice.
Shipping:
If a return is accepted due to a product fault or quality issue:
- The shipping cost will be discussed and mutually agreed upon.
- We aim to resolve all shipping matters fairly and transparently.
